Iowa Valley Eye Care

All of the staff are super friendly. Dr. Fleming has been super thorough in all of my eye exams. He answers any questions I have in a way that I can understand easily. I can tell he cares very much about his patients. I had an emergency eye visit a few weeks ago, and while my problem ended up only being a migraine, he said I did the right thing by coming in to get checked out. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. How do you call A day before an appointment to see if you would reschedule and then you tell them no and they say OK then the day of the appointment they call you an hour and a half-ish before and say we have to move your appointment or cancel it why because we live out of town well I currently do live out of town and could make it to town you knew weather was gonna be bad Yet you still gave the option to keep my original appointment then you can Say, we can't make it to work you gotta reschedule. I tell you that that's unacceptable because I have two small children and I planned my day around this appointment as I had to get a sitter who could make it to babysit as well, so yes, I was frustrated and maybe not the nicest but that's fine with me when you knew beforehand how the roads were gonna be but still chose to allow me to keep my original appointment and now they deny to take me as a client. Don't worry I see you Mr Patrick. Have a great one! Like I stated on the phone if you were that concerned for everyone's safety I shouldn't have been able to keep the original appointment and should have been told i had to reschedule not that it was acceptable to keep the same time

Dr was very thorough with eye exam for 1st time going there. Glasses came back relatively fast.
