Dr Zimmer is very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond. I've been very pleased with my titainflex glasses, my contacts, and my employer required safety glasses. I have VSP insurance through my employer and they are an in-network provider.

My whole family is seen by Dr. Zimmer and we are truly grateful for him. My daughter, age 5, went in for a routine eye exam and he noticed that she had high eye pressure in her left eye. He was very concerned for her and did lots of calling around to get her seen by a specialist. He even stayed after hours to be sure things were arranged for her to be seen. He's also very patient with our son who has adhd. The whole staff is wonderful.

I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran. I received new glasses in the mail from the VA. I stopped at the nearest eye care business to request an Adjustment. This place said they would not do it since I am not a patient there. They do not accept VSP. I would not recommend them to any of my Veteran friends or family, very arrogant front desk people too.

Staff is kind but unhelpful. The dr. Is cold and indifferent but admittedly professional in his work. On top of these issues they refuse to schedule an appointment for me because I missed an appointment in 2016!

Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. I was told my appointment was at 9:30 when I got there at 9:28 they told me my appointment was at 9:15 after I confirmed 3 times the day prior and they rudely told me they would not be seeing me. I drove 30 mins out of my way to fill in for a cancellation appointment. Won't be back.
