Everyone was very nice & friendly. Dr Jenness is very good with his patients make them feel comfortable and relaxed. With someone with anxiety that is a huge win. Thank you all for making it such a pleasant experience.

I hadn't been there for many years. I was very impressed with the entire staff and especially Dr. Jenness. He explained what was going on with my eye and set me up to see a retina specialist.

After a fall, I was concerned that I may have had some eye trauma to my left eye. Dr Cornwall assured me that the was none and made me feel at ease. The staff then, was so helpful in finding and guiding me to find new frames that fit my face, felt good on and had a nice look! Kudos to all of you!

We recently visited the optical department for new glasses. We see a special ophthalmologist in Sioux Falls but get glasses locally. Thanks to Dee she caught a big mistake in the prescription we received from Sioux Falls. She took the time to look at our past RX and determined they missed the prism in the new prescription. Because of her catch we're able to get a corrected prescription to ensure the right glasses were ordered! Thanks Dee - this is why you use local providers consistently. They get to know you and pay attention to the details.
