The front office staff were very helpful with helping me find a frame that was well fitting and flattering. My portion of the cost was extremely reasonable and I didn't have to go into DesMoines!!

Eye Care Associates has always treated us well. Their staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. Dr. Smith is knowledgeable and friendly. We have four kids, two of which already need glasses, and I'm sure by adulthood all of them will require some type of corrective lenses. They treat them well, are very patient with them, and help them get what they need. My wife and I both have glasses and have never had any complaints. They have limited hours, so that could be an obstacle for some, but otherwise I would recommend them if you live or work in the Stuart area.

I was in to get glasses and I had a very good check up. Then I went to try on glasses found a pair I liked and proceeded to tell brenda that I wanted tint. She asked me if I wanted tint or sun glasses and I said tint. Through the process I ended up telling her 3 time that. Paid cash for my glasses and when I received my glasses no tint. So she ordered more lenses. Next ones had tint. She then proceeded to tell me they would cost more money. Which I didn't think was right. So I paid for original lenses and then I paid again for new lenses. So I guess if they mess up you pay the consequences. Not right in my book. Very unhappy customer. No return.
