The staff was amazing and very friendly. The Dr was the best I have ever had for an eye exam. She was incredibly knowledgeable. Fitted me with best pair of contacts I have ever had. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends.

We had our appointment rescheduled one week in advance because the doctor taking off after scheduling way in advance around schedules. What I thought was going to be an hour appointment for myself and my daughter turned out to be an hour and a half plus. The person that went in before us was scheduled after us. I had a highschooler in sports that needed to get back to the school and we ended up waiting a long time in the lobby. As we were waiting we had no contacts in as my daughter was trying to do homework. When it was time for us to leave they were confused about her insurance and took extra time. I wanted to support somebody in our hometown but this was not convenient.

I called to set up an appointment and they were booked somewhat out. I said it'd be the Sumner location I needed. Got in my car to go today and found out that they had scheduled me in Waverly and now have no openings until the end of September. I know people make mistakes but when I scheduled the appointment, I thought I'd be losing my eye insurance at the end of August because of life circumstances. Fortunately this isn't the case, but had it been, it would have been a costly mistake.
