I didn't want to post this, but it is my experience and I will be truthful sharing it. I picked out a nice pair of frames and at no fault of my own the ear piece kept falling off, this happened twice and the second time they refused to offer me a simple repair due to some insurance rule. The product was defective and the origin source was their vendor. So now I have broken glasses and they lost a customer. It would have been an easy fix because the first time it certainly was. I will be going to a different place in the future.
