Dr. Abby was very helpful. Staff not so much, need to work on their people skills. This was my very first visit. When I walked through the front door for my appointment, before I got one word out, I was met with a nasty look and a heavy sigh. It only got worse from there. The condescending tone with everything that was said after that was very unwelcoming. And I was nice the entire time, despite how I was being treated. Not sure what prompted the staffs behavior?! But when you work at a job were you interact with customers, you'd better act like its the happiest day of your life! Definitely won't go back or recommend them. Do yourself a favor take you money elsewhere.

Get service. We had 2 slots 9am and 10am. We also had a 1030 appointment somewhere else that I had to get my husband too, they were able to squeeze us both into the same appointment slot. They did a great job on our exams, Quick, straight forward questions and polite as well. Got our glasses back within a week.
