Been going here for years and love them. But they need to update their hours. The website says they close at 5:30 on Friday when they close at 1:00. Came back from vacation thinking I could get in to have my new lenses put in but was disappointed when I realized that the website hours were wrong. Now have to wait till Monday until I can see decent again.
UPDATE: in less than 30 minutes from posting this review Dr. Giannetti calls me and told me he'd meet me at the office to get my lenses switched out. He came all the way from East Wichita because I wrongly made an assumption about their hours. He did not have to do that. I can see so much better now and I'm so appreciative that he did that. All The staff there are just as awesome!!

I highly recommend Drs. Todd and Giannetti. I recently developed an infection in my eye. Dr. Todd worked me into their schedule very quickly to diagnose my issue and start treatment. He even had me come in for a quick check up the following morning before they opened the office. With out his quick response I would have lost several days of work. These doctors care about their clients.

Got give a thumbs up to Dr. Giannetti, I would bug him every visit for contacts that would work for me, (I was tired of wearing glasses) I gave up but he didn't, he found the right ones for me and they work great! The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

If you have a special need child don't go here. We just had first visit and after we get her glasses the last. My daughter has an intellectual disability and autism. She has always loves going to her old eye dr. We moved from CT to KS. The nurse here was great. Patient, kind and understanding. Then the Dr with the curly hair came in. Idk her name. But she was Terrible, Rude and ZERO patience. Talked so rude to my daughter. Told her to act her age. Literally she can not act her age. When I reminded her about her disabilities she said she feels she knows more then she is telling us. No she isn't not and she is acting like a child being screamed at by an adult stanger and NEVER had an eye dr that can't do her job without a kid telling her everything. No compassion for kids like this. It was horrible. Again nurse was great, she really was, But the dr, she was not ok. Disappointed that an adult can act like that. She should be ashamed of herself.

Definitely avoid if you can. Their practices are shotty (labeling lenses backwards, not letting you wash your hands, just a general feel of uncleanliness around the office, etc.) and their policies are also pretty shady in my experience. They do things like withholding eyecare products you've already paid for, are rightfully already yours and they have no right to keep from you because you have any amount of outstanding balance on your account. That's called a shakedown.
