Front desk staff is always friendly and professional. Scheduling an appointment online is quick and you can complete your paperwork in advance. Often they are booked out at least a month, but I've had luck snagging a dropped appointment slot. Dr. Mark Bunde, O.D. is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable asking questions. They also don't pressure you into buying glasses or contacts from them if you have a preferred online store. The lobby and appointment rooms feel clean and well kept.

This is a wonderful place! It is very clean and well organized and has a great atmosphere to it. Very helpful people in the entire establishment.
I was sent in to see Dr. Price and she was such a joy! Great bed-side manner and knowledgeable and helpful! Not judgmental or negative in the least!

I was visiting from out of town when I experienced an eye issue. I contacted my doctor at home who recommended I be seen ASAP by a provider. I called Fairway Eye Center remembering it was the practice where my son and his family go. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was amazing. I was scheduled for an immediate appointment and received thorough, excellent care. Several days later I was able to follow up with my doctor at home as recommended. My experience was superb. If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited over a month for an appointment. The week of the appointment they sent a text daily reminding me to cancel asap as there was a waiting list. All week long, weather reports came out about conditions. They didn't call to reschedule. Day of my appointment, I received a text the office wood be closed due to weather. There was less than 2 inches of snow and while cold, this is winter in the Midwest. I have yet to be called about rescheduling, I won't!, but was asked to leave a review. Whoever is in charge of this office, needs to be replaced!
