The staff here is excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The Dr. is amazing and thorough. My only complaint is how long it takes to get in. The price you pay for doing a good job, I guess.
They never over book, so I'm never left waiting in the lobby long when I do have my appointment.

Horrible, I was not informed of my appointment that was this morning at 9 am. I tore my last pair of contacts and my glasses were destroyed. I contacted them as they were the last provider I had seen. I explained my situation instead of offering assistance the front desk was rude and money hungry on a balance of 35.00 I had no knowledge of because I didn't get a bill and was never informed and that was all she cared about. Instead of a long term patient and the care they need!

Most amazing staff and wonderful doctors. Went on a trip and only had a single pair of contacts left and needed a pair of backups due to the risk of losing my contacts from water skiing and tubing. I procrastinated on getting some until the day I had to leave. They were kind enough to give me a trial pair for free and helped me figure out the cheapest way to order a year supplies with my certain insurance. A staff who truly cares!

Love going here. I shopped around and had visited several eye doctors in Derby and Wichita but I absolutely love coming here the best. Turned out all those other doctors were giving me recalled contacts. Dr. Hoss told me about it and got me in some much better ones. Now my eyes are looking better and I can see better too.
