Great place to get an eye exam. Everyone is friendly and appointments are on time and quick. Dr. Piester is efficient but very helpful if you have any questions. No pressure to buy glasses from them, but they do have a nice selection for a small town like Kingman.

Customer service is lacking at front desk. They do not make you feel welcome, and like you are bothering them. Moved to area from out of state, my glasses came with me. They wanted to charge a fee to have my glasses straightened, I've had an eye exam and purchased contacts there.
