I'm 67 and had been falling a lot. I went to RehabVisions at Netawaka. They worked with me on lower body strength, and then on upper body. They taught me how to use the machines at the Fitness Center, as well as home exercises to keep up my strength. I am amazed at how much strength and confidence I have now!
I babysit my 18 mo old granddaughter so she had to go with me. Danica and Kelli were so patient with her (and me)! My granddaughter loves them and is always happy to go see them.
Thanks to these two, I am able to keep up with all my grandkids and their activities. I cannot thank them enough!

She worked with my schedule to help my recovery go smoothly. Aquatic therapy worked for me where the Physical did not.
