This place has professional staff and doctors. I didn't choose to go here, it was chosen by a third party as a second opinion, but I was very impressed. I live in Olathe and was annoyed that I had to get a ride out to Osawatomie since my vision issues render me unable to drive. However, the drive was worth it because they really took care of me and catered to my specific needs. Highly recommend!

What a great place! Had a 9 am appointment, Walked in greeted by a very nice receptionist. Filled out the paperwork and was taken right in and the whole eye exam went quick. The Dr and Staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend .

Very upset with the service from this location, ordered new lenses to fit the frames I purchased from them, got a text message saying to come get the new lenses put in my frames, got there lenses wouldn't fit my frames, so left them to be sent back to get lenses installed, got a text message today saying my glasses order was ready to be picked up, drove 50 miles for the 3rd time, to be told my glasses were not there,I am like here is the text I received, oh were sorry that was an auto generated text, as soon as get my glasses back I am done with this place

Set up first appointment, take day off from work, to be told that they have to change cause the doctor they set me up with doesn't accept my insurance. Have to change doctors and days. Feel like that's something they should have known the day they set the appointment.
