Holland Eye Clinic

Dr. Jeanette Holland is fantastic. Most thorough eye exam I've ever had. I've been wearing glasses since I was a year old. I'm now 39. I wanted to find an eye Dr closer to my home so I tried this one. I've been complaining of dry eyes for years. She noticed it during my exam before I even said anything about it. She is also fitting me for contacts specifically for chronic dry eyes. Highly highly recommend.

My husband and I each got our exams and glasses from Holland Eye Clinic within this last month. We were so pleased with the whole experience. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything along the way. All listened to us and offered suggestions to meet our needs. We can tell that customer service is high on their priority list. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Good service. Office seems knowledgeable. My low review is because the office use more technical terms for insurance billing. So when my wife took our three kids in for eye exams a 10 dollar copay became a 400.00 bill. Simply they where not clear that they where not in our network. At no point did they tell my wife that they don't take our insurance and are out side of the network. Instead saying the will bill threw ppo. In all really this is our mistake. Please learn from it. Make sure you check to see if they are in your insurance network because they won't tell you.

I've been going to Dr. Holland for several years and have seen him for both refraction and medical conditions. He has the technology necessary to provide quality care for both. The selection of glasses available isn't that great, but it is a small town office. On the other hand, a benefit of seeing a small town doc is what happened to me just yesterday. As I was removing my key to go in for an appointment, my key fob broke apart, rendering my vehicle key useless. Within minutes the woman who has fit my glasses over the years, had it back together. I was there for a follow-up appointment after Dr. Holland had referred me to Dr. Reifscneider, in Leavenworth, for cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr. Holland is part of Dr. Reifscneider's practice. My surgeries went textbook perfectly. Dr. Holland did all of my follow-up care and I completely trust him with my eyes.

Both the doctors and staff are knowlegable and friendly! Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me and my son! I will definitely be back for any of my eye care needs!

Very professional staff and glasses were reasonably priced. Felt like I was not pushed into the most expensive options. Will gladly return and recommend them to others. Thanks
