As most people, you wait until you think you really NEED help. Ditto , here. It has been decades since I had my eye checked--- "gonna do this soon" syndrome. Was able get appointment super quick (a few days). Affordable IMO, LOCAL (Kingman KS Office) very important. Sure I could take a half day away from my office to go to Wichita or other location for an eye Dr... but did not have to +++ in my book. 1 hour from start to finish. Jordan was super helpful picking out new frames and when I had to reschedule- as I forgot an appointment, had to call back to admit my error. They answer the phone really quickly. Dr Piester was great at explaining what certain test were and flipping back and forth in the test. I have been struggling with for some time so far a painless process!!

They listen to you. They also explain things to you. They are there for your best interests.

Driving through town on our way to Michigan, we had an emergency--my glasses fell apart. Luckily, we found Maydew Thibault. We took the glasses in and they immediately took care of the problem. They were both friendly and efficient. We can't thank them enough.
