I came to this office some months back with debilitating eye pain and redness. Dr Williams dyed my eyes and examined them, then told me I had "dry eyes" and to use OTC drops. I felt rushed out and dismissed. Luckily I got a 2nd opinion elsewhere, and this doctor examined my eyes the exact same way and quickly determined that I had pretty severe keratitis, and showed me tons of literal tiny ulcers all over my eyes. It took many weeks to heal and a steroid prescription. I am so glad I was able to see another doctor as this could've had horrible long term effects if I would've listened to her advice. Im at a loss to whether it was incompetence or laziness, but either way would never recommend this place.

Great for an eye exam to lasik. Prices for contacts are comparable to costco. Waiting room waits can be up to 10 minutes. Office is on first floor and newly renovated. Take most vision plans. Parking is close and relatively open.

Dr. Chang is not only genuine and brilliant, but has a very cheerful and kind personality. She walked me through all details and goals of the procedure, and was so dedicated in reaching the perfect result. She has given me a wonderful gift of a brand new vision.

Dr Carter, made me feel like I was a bother to her. I lost part of my vision in my left eye due to an infection. After 1 year of feeling neglected and still having eye problems I found a Dr at Eye Associates that took cere of my eye by forwarding me to a retina specialist, she took care of my infection and did my cataract surgery. Thank you Eyecare associates and Cokington for the help that Dr Carter did not give me.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Ginger Cline. We followed her from her prior practice. She is so very thorough and takes time to talk to you. I know that she will always take care of our eye needs. But I also wonder about the billing. With Medicare, private insurance, and a vision insurance we still had a copay.

She is friendly and kind, making sure I am comfortable at each appointment. Cathy in the optical shop is the best! She goes above and beyond to ensure my glasses fit perfectly. She is thorough when fitting my glasses and I appreciate that she always gets it right the first time, so I don't have to experience any discomfort with my glasses or return for adjustments.
