Ulysses EyeCare, PA

Very disappointed in the care of my elderly mother! She received new glasses and the lens fell out. Returned them and supposedly they sent for new pair of glasses. Same lens fell out. Returned them again and asked for her money back. It's been 6 weeks and can't get the Dr. to respond or give her her money back to get a new pair! Today was the 4th time where we have been told he's "working on it" or he will call you. So disappointed!

I am a very difficult patient and I know it, but absolutely appreciated the way I was treated at Ulysses Eyecare! I have been treated by Neuro Ophthalmologists who were not as thorough as Ulysses Eyecare. They explained every test and why. I will definitely be back!

I have two different eye conditions that are not easily treated. Dr. Mcatee and his staff are excellent to work with.

Absolutely love the way they treat my kids and the new younger drs are amazing with my 7 kids!!!!!

Absolutely will not return. The office staff is aweful. I left three messages and none were returned. I finally went down there. Took over 4 weeks to get my daughter's glasses. They called and said they were in. She took off work and drove an hour to pick them up. When she got there they told her they only had her lenses and it would be another week or two before the frames came in. Why call and say "your glasses are in" if it's just the lenses. Checked back a week later after hearing nothing and they said we called over a week ago and said they were in. When I told them yes and when she came it was just the lenses the front office staff had nothing to say. Hard to want to do business in town when this is the service you get.
