Associates In Eye Care

They never bothered to call me when my new glasses were in even though I had left a message the week before asking when my glasses be in. It had been 3 weeks. No one called me back. The next week I was able to talk to someone who said, oh their here. Incompetent group for sure.

I have never seen more clear with my glasses in all my life! Ive worn glasses for about 40 yrs. Im an avid hunter and being able to see long distance thru the woods is something I thought would never exist for me. But now I can see so clear that I can see individual trees so far into the woods. For the first time I was actually able to count the points on the largest buck I've ever shot before I shot him! (13pts btw :))Im not gonna lie, the cost was way more than I expected but now I definitely realize you get what you pay for. I also got a 2nd pair just for working on the computer as I WFH and am on it for the majority of most of my days. I didn't know that was even a thing! I can go from wearing them to my everyday glasses and there's no problem. I was worried bc I knew I needed bifocals and had heard nightmarish stories about getting used to them but Ive not had ANY issues at all. The doc and staff were ABDOLUTELY AMAZING! They worked with me to pay over a couple of weeks. All I can say is...they know their stuff and are so very accommodating and such a nice group. The eye doctor even asked, genuinely how I was doing. He even sounded like he cared. Which for an eye appt I had never experienced. Thank you to Dr Upchurch and the whole crew!

I love this professional eye center locally. Dr. Upchurch is always thorough and honest with his recommendations. It's obvious he cares about his patients and their financial well-being. We make our appointments as a family and the staff is so accommodating. From children to geriatrics Associates in Eye Care is the best!

All of the associates have always gone out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable and treated with respect. It's a pleasure to be a customer. I value their professionalism when it comes to making any decision about treating any of my eye problems whether it's surgery or just a yearly checkup. I travel out of state just to stay connected with Associates at this particular location. That's how much I trust and believe in their care.

Had shingles on right side of my face temple area and my Doctor wanted to make sure that shingles hadn't gotten into my eye but thank god it hadn't. Dr. Upchurch is a really good and so is his staff. Highly recommend him my wife and son also go to him. Eye problems go too associates in care. Thanks

I had a great experience here. I've never had an eye doctor take more care! Dr. Upchurch was kind and informative and really did a detailed and thorough exam. And in the end my glasses have been fantastic.
