I was very pleased with my visit. I had a short wait and my appointment started on time. The medical staff are very friendly and they took the time to explain everything to me. The office manager was extremely helpful and kind, going out of her way to to answer questions. The office has a very positive and calm vibe. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. S is the Dr. I see she is very knowledgeable, caring and listen to the patient. My ultrasound tech was Morgan Ousley she is very kind and explained everything about the procedure.

I love the friendly staff at Physicians for Women Clinic. I absolutely adore Mrs. Krissy Marcum. She's truly the BEST OBGYN in Eastern KY! She always goes above and beyond to make sure each patient feels comfortable, listens attentively, advises, and treats each patient in the most professional and proper manner. I have highly recommended her to all of my female friends and family!!

The staff is always friendly but they take sometimes over 2 hours of waiting to be seen. Booking an appointment can be almost as awful. I can't get in until at least 3 weeks from now. Might want to consider going somewhere else that is quicker and more efficient.

Inept at best. My regular obgyn was in Ashland so I thought I would try seeing these people to save some time. Big mistake!! I had been a few times and knew how long I would be sitting there waiting, so when I needed to go back I specifically asked for the first appointment of the day a months out. I get there at 8:00 am sharp. There's already people in the waiting room. 9:00 rolls by...10:00...11:00...12:00... at a little after noon I was put in a room. Waited in that room for a while. FINALLY the doctor comes in. I let her know how upset I was and I didn't appreciate her and her staff doing this to me. On a regular basis!!! My time is just as valuable as hers!!! However, the final straw was being billed for a procedure they don't even do there!! I had them clear that one up STAT!!!! I am going back to my regular obgyn in Ashland.

rude staff, never a pleasant experience. Switching obs as soon as possible. Would not recommend dealing with them ESPECIALLY in an emergency or when having symptoms of a miscarriage they don't and won't even try to take care of their patients.
