If I could give this Dr and his staff 100 stars, I so would! They're the absolute best optometrist I think I've ever been to. The staff there were by bar the friendliest I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They didn't act miserable and were so helpful and pleasant. Dr. Brom is absolutely thorough and thoughtful, and super quick to acknowledge any problems we may have had. He acts like he genuinely cares about his patients grown or kiddos. He's hilarious too and has the best manner I've ever experienced since I've started going to any eye doctor. Super patient with the kiddos. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience Dr. Brom and his staff. It may be too early, but I think I love you guys hahahaha

Dr. Brom and his staff are genuinely good people. They are very easy to talk to, accommodating, kind, professional and knowledgeable. When I arrive at the time of my appointment and sign in, 9 out of 10 times I go straight back and he comes in within 1-2 minutes or less. Dr. Brom is fun to talk to and his "bed-side manner" should be taught to other Doctors. He worldly, quite experienced, impressively very knowledgeable and well mannered. I've never had the impression that money is their goal; I honestly get the vibe they love what they do and their main priority is to genuinely help people. I originally went to Dr. Brom's office to obtain a second opinion about my young son's original optometrist's desire to put him into glasses at a very young age. I didn't agree that he needed glasses. Dr. Brom agreed. My sons issues were severe eye allergies. When we came back after getting his allergies under control, he seen the bottom row of the eye test perfectly fine with no glasses needed. Just thinking about the eye damage Dr. Brom prevented my son from having to encounter from wearing unneeded glasses means more than words can describe. Imagine wearing glasses that you don't need. Had I believed the first optometrist I would have persistently made my son wear eyeglasses he didn't even need. Part of me thinks the other optometrist purposely puts young children into unneeded glasses for job security. I hate to think that way but that's the impression I'm getting from my gut. I hope I'm wrong about that. Point is Dr. Brom is the best around.

Extremely patient with my eight year old. He made my daughter feel far less scared than when we entered the building. Very thankful for his manners and calming composure

The best around here. I have been to several. He and his staff are professional and experienced. He seems to be more knowledgeable and thorough than the others I have been.
