Very helpful and don't keep you waiting TOO LONG. They have replaced the nose pieces over and over on my glasses, and also replaced the screws that stripped out with tiny, tiny bolts and nuts. If it wasn't for that I'd have been forced to get new ones long ago. Another positive note is that they will get you in for an appointment quickly. And right now that can be incredibly important. Thanks for the great service.
