Me and my daughter both go there very easy to understand good staff

Dr Coats and his staff have always been wonderful. I enjoy getting to see them each year for my exam, glasses and contacts. Dr Coats does a great job listening and addressing all my concerns during my appointments. I never feel like I'm being rushed or he doesn't have time for me.

Very nice and patient. Very thorough eye exam and gave diagnosis very easy to understand. Office very clean. Staff is nice and friendly. Highly recommend. Had a ramp we used instead of using the stairs.

**update: I was contacted personally by Dr. Coats himself after making a complaint in an email. He kindly extended my prescription and apologized for the situation. Dr. Coats has always been very kind to me and my family. I didn't get good customer service. Not sure if the lady was having a bad day or just in a hurry to get home. I was asking for my prescription because I wanted to order cheap glasses from Zenni Optical. I have no eye insurance and can not afford another exam. She stated there was nothing she could do for me because my prescription was old and she couldn't give it to me. My glasses are broke and I cannot afford another exam and another expensive pair of glasses. It was just horrible all the way around. She then proceeded to hang up on me. They're usually really nice people but I guess I caught them on a bad day.

I love going to Adam Coats in Powderly ,Kentucky he is very nice and so is his staff !
