I was referred to Dr. Martin by Fast Pace a couple of years ago due to what I originally thought was a bad eye infection which was in fact a corneal ulcer. I had never been to her office before, but she took me right in and got me in touch with the specialist that I needed. I have since been seeing her for my annual exams and contact prescriptions, and I was just able to be fitted for a hard contact lens for the eye that I almost lost. Dr. Martin went above and beyond for me before I was ever a patient, and I have no doubt she would do so again. I can't thank her enough or recommend her highly enough. The Eyecare Center will treat you right.

Dr. Martin was professional and gave me all the information I needed. The ladies at the desk are also very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with Amy, who was doing double duty that day as someone was out. She was so nice!

The first 2-3 times I called I was put on hold without a word, said hello a couple times and thought it was maybe my phone but it wasn't. When the front desk lady finally decided to say something I was on hold for several minutes to begin with and when she came back to the phone was immediately short and rude. I wanted to find out if they were accepting new patients and if they took tricare, when I said I had tricare her tone was off and she blew her breath like I was annoying her and I told her thank you never mind and she responded with "uh huh"? You're at work isn't your job to be NICE and WORK? I'm so sick of the attitudes from people here. You guys were my closest option for eye care but I'll happily be taking my business to Clarksville as originally planned where the people don't mind doing their jobs and are always kind.
