Absolutely the best place I could take my autistic son for an eye exam. He was not able to complete it 100%, but the person who did the exam did his best to complete as much as possible in an efficient and empathetic manner. Likewise, Dr. Galbrecht showed tremendous patience and empathy in getting the exam done. All in all, the best place you can go if you need your eyes checked.

Both times I went I somehow owed money even though my insurance covered it. The first year I just paid it. The 2nd year I did not. When I called my insurance and did a conference call with the office manager to resolve my balance, she was very short and dismissive when questioned why she was billing more than the allowed amount per my insurance. Would not recommend.
After posting this, they started texting me complaining about this review. They then belittled me and told me to check my insurance. I am well aware of what my insurance covers. Again, see pictures of the beyond rude response. I'm not "attacking" anyone.

I have always had a very positive experience here. The staff is friendly, prompt, and professional. They have text reminders about appointments, which is nice. Dr. Galbrecht is always so cheerful. I may been in many times to see her and she always has had a big smile and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend her.
