Very satisfied with my visit to Visionworks in the Alexandria Mall. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The facility was very clean with the most up-to-date equipment. Dr. Granger took the time to explain my eye exam findings. He was super nice and didn't rush through my visit. Niki was so helpful with picking out just the right frames and getting them ordered. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Team Visionworks. Let's meet the team during the most recent visit: Teresa, Elaina and Niki. Customer service is most important. The Team delivered professionalism, knowledge of the products and most of all making the experience as enjoyable and rewarding without any pressure. Happy Holidays ladies and keep up the good work. Recently, I visited Vision Works. The results are in, I'm happy to report Ms. Bea and Teresa were absolutely fabulous in assisting with my choice of frames. I had excellent customer service as always. I left feeling like a movie star. I would recommend Vision Works, stop by let the friendly professional staff assist you with your visual needs. I had an amazing experience at VisionWorks. In and out in 30 minutes. The staff were professional and kind from the front desk to the back exam room. Dr. Ahmad examined me through Telehealth which was surprisingly efficient. I will definitely be returning for all my eye care needs!

Traveling from out of state, my glasses broke. Made an appointment online for the next day. Staff were efficient and pleasant to work with. My appointment was telehealth, but didn't disappoint. The eye doctor listened to my concerns and the exam was like we were both in the room. Ordered contacts and glasses to be shipped to my home. Walked out with a weeks worth of trial contacts able to see better than I did with my glasses. Great experience especially for being out of state.
