Grand Vision

The staff were nice enough but I wasnt asked about contacts or told there was a specific test to see if you can use them. I asked about contacts at checkout and was told I would need to make another appointment to have that done. This was after paying 400 dollars for the visit that day. It would have been nice to have given the opportunity during the appointment.

I just went for an eye checkup and I have never had a more thorough, educational and direct experience from any kind of doctor before. Dr. Moncada prescribed me with the perfect lenses, and answered all of my questions and concerns with great extent. She seemed passionate about her work and went into great depth during my checkup. I bought beautiful glasses from the store and I couldn't make up my mind on so many of them! There were so many good options from all kinds of brands and price ranges, and such helpful staff (it took me so long to make up my mind there were so many great options!). Grand Vision will definitely be the only place I visit for any eye concern I have or glasses I want to get!

I've always received great service here! Dr. Jen is great! Very patient and kind! Dr. Musselman is equally great! They are both very attentive, listen to any issues and are always willing to look out for your best interest when it comes to your vision! The staff is amazing as well! Very nice and friendly! I have been going there for quite some time and will continue! Thank yall!

Professional and thorough visit. Catherine always helps my family maximize our insurance and find the best combo of glasses/contacts/timing etc. There was a bit of a wait for our appointment but its because they squeezed us in at the end of the year and didn't just push us through as fast as possible. Dr. Moncada and the entire staff were amazing. The front desk staff were attentive from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Moncada was personable and very thorough during the exam. She explained everything about my eye health and answered all of my questions. Grand Vision is the best!!!
