Dr Thibodeaux and staff are top notch.
I say this after going to 2 other eye doctors the last two years, and leaving completely uneducated on my own eye condition and prescription. Today I went to Breaux Bridge eyecare and the experience was fantastic. Not only did I learn a lot about my vision... They were timely, informative, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful... I could keep going. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

Dr. Thibodeaux is great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Very informative. Me and my children have been seen here for years. Newer location very nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because after my kids finished their eye exams, I was informed I owe over $400. I could not believe. It would have been nice to be informed prior to appointment that they don't accept my insurance and what the cost would be. Also maybe a basic eye could have been offered instead of comprehensive. Very upsetting. Maybe I should have asked but this is not the first time I had issues with surprise cost here. Last year I was informed that I had to pay $40 per child due to test they completed that she did not confirm with me prior. I understand mistakes happen. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I won't be returning to this facility. Such a shame, he's an amazing doctor. Every other medical facility I have been to always confirms insurance prior to visit or before seen.
