I had a very positive experience. No appointment, walk-ins are welcome and the wait time is usually short. My exam was through and the Doc listened to me. My glasses arrived within 2 weeks and were perfect. I can see again! I wish they had a few more frames to choose from, but I'm pleased with what I picked. I've used them a few times, and each time they have been amazing. They saw my two young children back in December for a routine exam. I saw them again today for myself. There was hardly any wait time at all, and the best part was I didn't have to make an appointment to be seen. I was able to get in and out in about 20 minutes, including picking out new frames and getting the order sent in for my new glasses. I definitely recommend them and will be using them for everyone in my family.

To be honest, this place is a hidden gem , they do walk ins & the staff is nice , the doctor is very friendly, it honestly feels like home .. They get you in & out , very professional..
