20/20 Eye Care

My first time going there my experience was ok. The doctor wanted to see me back for a check up, so i goes back, but couldn't see the doctor, i had insurance and the lady at the front desk gave me a very hard time. no one there told me that i had to pay for a check up even though i had insurance. one of the ladies that worked at the front is very, very rude. I'm not going back, so i had to search for another eye doctor. 20/20 eye world. isn't a nice place. The doctor is very nice, but it's the people that works there are not nice at all.

I love this eye doctor. He is very friendly and he knows exactly what he is doing. He is caring and compassionate and when my wife went in she couldn't see hardly at all but when he got her glasses she could see everything. A 360 turnaround in her vision. He explained everything to her and it was understandable. Definitely would tell everyone to see this doctor.

I loved going here for my exam and eyeglass purchase (last year). They were very friendly and helpful and I will be doing back for my next exam! Their hours are strange because they come from another large town where their main practice is. I think it's great they do this to help service our community!

They were helpful fitting my autistic daughter for glasses but hard to understand the way they had to process her insurance or the hours they were opened

They don't answer their phone . That's very aggravating when your trying to get glasses for someone who can't see without them and their the only options for help

The receptionist will stand in the office door and smoke. They are never at the receptionist desk. Very unprofessional place.

Great place the wait isn't long.
