This place is absolutely wonderful. I had made a call extremely concerned about my vision and they wasted no time in getting me in to be seen! I love this office just as much as the location in picayune and I highly recommend them! Exceptional Experience!
I brought my grandkids in for a visit and the service was absolutely exceptional. Not only were we welcomed with warmth and professionalism, but we were also able to get a same-day appointment -- which was fantastic, especially after having no luck finding availability anywhere else.
The entire facility is spotless, the staff goes above and beyond, and the customer service exceeded 100%. The eye doctor is amazing -- patient, knowledgeable, and truly "off the chain." My grandkids felt comfortable the whole time, and I left feeling grateful and impressed.

I want to share how awesome the eye doctor/ophthalmologist was with my grandchildren. They are only 5 and 6 years old, but he took his time, explained everything clearly, and addressed every issue with patience and kindness.
And when I say "they're doing it," I mean they were doing great right there at the establishment -- listening, cooperating, and feeling comfortable because of how well he interacted with them. He explained the importance of wearing their glasses and how to care for them in a way they could really understand.
I am so happy I found this place. The service, professionalism, and care for children is truly outstanding.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff was all fine and so was the dr with the exception of one blonde woman that kept rolling her eyes and making little comments that my special needs daughter couldn't communicate. This woman has no business working with children. When I checked her attitude after we had been there an hour and a half I told everyone else they did a fine job. The crabby woman however was still grumbling about going home while we ordered glasses. Do not take children here.
