Tallman Eye Associates

This is the MOST professional and efficient doctors office I have been to my whole life! If you need an eye specialist this is THE place to go. From sign in to tests to staff engagement and knowledge, it is all incredible. I highly recommend Tallman.

Absolutely no one that I would trust more for my daughter's eye surgery than Dr. Allen. The surgery provided instant relief for her and was done quickly. The office is beautiful, clean and modern with plenty of parking. The medical and office staff could not have been friendlier.

Every time I have an appointment with Tallman Eye,, no matter the location, the customer service is always the same, Professional yet friendly always. From the start of the process of eye tests to meeting the doctor, It goes smooth for me as the patient. The young female professionals are always nice to talk with and always have a wonderful smile each of them. I really enjoy my visits.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars and it's not even for the doctor or the nurses they were great. This woman named Viola who does insurance for Tallman was AWFUL. I am under my mother's insurance still and I didn't know a lot of the questions she was asking me, so I had my mother call as she has all of the information. The "confusion" was supposed to be settled THE DAY BEFORE my appointment as she had assured my mother the insurance covers my yearly check up. Well I got there checked in, waited a couple minuets and sure enough Viola didn't put down that my insurance "issue" was figured out like she had TOLD ME AND MY MOTHER she had. I waited 30 MINUETS while this poor woman attempted to reach Viola via phone. She eventually asked me to wait while she found Viola. Viola apparently completely forgot the 30 minute long conversation she had with me and the conversation she had with my mother and essentially said I am not covered and needed to pay out of pocket. My mother had to call up AFTER I payed $110 OUT OF MY POCKET and told Viola exactly who to call to get the information she needs WHICH MY MOTHER HAD ALREADY GIVEN HER THE DAY PRIOR! She then had to walk Viola through the refund process so I didn't get charged! I am so sad that my experience was awful all due to this one person who doesn't know how to do her job. I will never go back to the one in Lawrence again!

My retinologist at Tallman Eye Associates, Dr. Tomasz Stryjewski, has been wonderful. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. In spite of his extremely busy schedule and heavy workload, he gives everyone individual attention.

Dr Stryjewski and his staff are amazing. I had a ton of anxiety going into a procedure . They are so efficient and they were so nice answering all my questions and putting me at ease!

Dr. Johnson is great! Personable, thorough and very helpful! Everyone working there is very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Johnson & the entire staff will go out of their way to provide extra information if needed.

Upbeat, professional staff, sterling facilities, I felt very well cared for during my evaluation and cataract surgery. Would go again if I had more eyes. :)
