I have been using Peabody eye Associates at LensCrafters in the North Shore Mall for many years now and I've always been very satisfied. The optometrist are very professional and friendly. I feel like they do a very thorough exam and keep me apprised of any concerns I should be aware of. And the staff in the LensCrafters store are always really helpful and thorough. Today they answered all my questions and went above and beyond, just helping me get what I needed. I highly recommend.

This was my first time here and Dr Keith Andrews did my exam. The techs did a great job at all the photos, tests and patient when I did not know exactly how to hold my head or which way to look. Dr Andrews was thorough and explained the tests and results. He took the time to go through, answering my question and providing guidance. Very professional, yet relaxed and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend him and his practice.

I have loved Peabody Eye Associates for the past number of my eye exams and contact orders! They are so thorough. Today I found out I have a very low level cataract developing, but was assured it wouldn't be something to worry about for some time. We also discussed my need for bifocal contacts, and right versus left eye needs. I was then sent home wearing contacts close to my prescription, with my trial prescription ordered, and told to wear those for a week before coming in to discuss how they were. Overall my point is that the $234 cost of my uninsured visit was WAY worth it. Love and trust PEA!
