I have called several times and it takes a long time to get a representative on the line. Forget about leaving your number for a call back as I tried that a few times and NEVER heard from them. This was for an urgent matter for my toddler. I made it very clear to all the three representatives I managed to get a hold of. One of them said I would get a call back within 15 minutes. It has been a week (!) and still not even a call back. When you call their pediatric ophthalmic number, the recording says they have an office at Cape Cod Eye. I tried calling there directly and they said they do not see pediatric patients. Very disappointed in Boston Children's.
