Great customer service! Shop has 3 employees. The eye DR, the secretary and the Owner. Was able to get my needs met when purchasing Frames and getting my prescription glasses. She also informed me about UV for the transitions! Very informational. Accepts most insurance and mass health's be healthy plan. Am a happy customer

I ordered my child's glasses from them. I call two days later to ask for his PD so I could order some additional glasses online the staff members on the phone tells me "we don't give that information out you have to pay for it" I mentioned we we're just there two days ago, it's part of his script why can't I have the information. The staff members proceeds to tell me it's $20. My husband goes in to pay for the PD, they tell him our child has to be present. He tells them you guys already measured him I'm just here to pay for the PD. The staff tells him, your child is constantly growing and he needs to be present for the PD. My husband ask well can you just reorder the same glasses? The staff says yes I can do that. So you can reorder the glasses with the PD that you currently have for my growing child but I can't pay for the current PD because my child isn't present? How does that make any sense? The staff says that's just how we do things here.

Believe the reviews. The owner is rude that thinks a little too high of herself for a saleswoman selling glasses. I walked in with my family and asked if they sell kids frames at which she replied "It depends on if you have insurance or not." I then replied I have insurance and would like to know if you sell kids frames for the second time. It was during this time the owner stated "they are mixed in around here somewhere." As if she could care less. That's fine keep your dusty frames and I'll go elsewhere. I'd rather buy frames from a gas station than support this business.

Attached is my previous review from my first experience here. I went back to pick my glasses up and the owner comes out and asked if I'm picking up. I said yes and gave my name. She went to the back and asked "are you picking up for her?" And I said "no I am her". She comes out with my Google review printed out and attached to my glasses and asked for the correct spelling of my name and showed me my review and said "so this isn't you?" And i said "my name is spelled correctly there, yes that is me" and she said "I just want to ask you about this because you said we were rude" and I said "yes you were--that is what I said in my review. My review is for Google." And she says "well Google sends it to me afterwards"--I told her I would like to try on my glasses and go. If she had a problem with my review, she could have responded like other owners do and apologize for their wrongs. She told me I had to sign a paper and I advised that I did not sign one last time, I would like to try on my glasses first. As I am trying on my glasses she proceeds to ask "why did you come back here?" And I told her I had to pick up my new glasses. I told her I'm not signing and I walked out. As I am walking out she starts yelling not to come back (because of my review although I did not plan on coming back). I turned back and I advised her I wasn't going to come back and that's the exact rudeness that I am talking about. These people at "Optical Expressions" DO NOT deserve your business. I could see if she apologized and gave a better experience this time. I only came to pick up my backup glasses since she advised to the day I picked up my first pair. These people at "OPTICAL EXPRESSIONS" sure did leave a lasting impression. They express how they feel when you don't like their service and cannot take accountability for their actions, which means THEY WILL NEVER CHANGE. THESE PEOPLE AT OPTICAL EXPRESSIONS DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. Very rude, very inconsiderate, very unprofessional and I hope someone makes them feel as bad as they made me feel today. Employee was there and witnessed it. Bad influence leads to bad apples. There are better places that will treat you better.

Not only is the staff rude... but I have to keep going back to get my glasses fixed. This is so annoying. I've been getting glasses since I was a kid and never had to go back once to get my glasses fixed for them falling apart. This is a waste of my time! And it takes LONGER THAN 4 WEEKS TO GET YOUR GLASSES! I'm still waiting for my backups! All these weeks later and they gaslight you like they ordered it already or act like they can't remember talking to you. I'm so tired of these terrible businesses. After pandemic, everyone is so careless with customer service. I'm over it.

I have never had a better experience buying glasses in my life. Daryle and his mother are the sweetest people you could ever meet . And did such a thorough job at adjusting so they fit perfectly. I tell everyone about their place

First experience very good. Went back 2 years later for new script and frames, experience not good. Took forever to get glasses in and were wrong size and tried to get me to accept a was after i had specified the only reason i was changing was i needed larger area of eye glass. Also had a very bad experience with the man on the phone who rudely kept talking over me when calling to check on status of delivery of corrected glasses and i couldn't even get my question asked never mind answered.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Wish I had listened to the other reviews I've seen for this place! They completely wasted my time!!!! Thought everything was good...people were nice....left the office and got home and realized they never gave me any trial packs of contacts. Called back and they said they don't carry them in stock and they'd have to order them. WHAT EYE PLACE DOESN'T CARRY TRIAL LENSES IN STOCK?!?!?!?! Returned to the office becuase the woman said I could have my money back if I didn't like it....went there and after arguing with me-she said it was actually only one day to order. So WHY she didn't tell me that over the phone-I have no idea. I refuse to drive back AGAIN-for a third time- just to pick up lenses. Will NEVER go back. Update...(not that there should even BE one when it's been less than a couple hours since I wrote the first review-BUT...) Tried to go somewhere else, and despite this place guaranteeing me that they didn't charge my insurance and there would be no problems-they DID! Now I can't do anything at all until they reverse the charges and cancel it all out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
