The staff is always professional, but today's experience truly stood out. I had an eye check-up with Dr. Maria Attard Crocetta, and I can honestly say she is one of the most professional and caring doctors I have ever met. From the very first moment, she was kind, approachable, and made me feel completely comfortable. I normally feel shy about asking doctors too many questions, but Dr. Maria welcomed all my concerns as if I were speaking to a close friend. She performed the most thorough eye examination I have ever had, far beyond the standard checks I experienced before. She explained everything in detail, gave me a proper diagnosis, and even found a solution for my eye problems. I could tell she truly loves her work. Her patience and kindness made me tell her she would be wonderful with children. I was also impressed by how carefully she cleaned each machine with alcohol wipes before use--showing great attention to hygiene and sterilisation. What a wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring lady! She was very helpful, explained and showed everything, and assisted me in selecting what was best for me. She was patient, which I appreciate from here as well.
