I had a great experience at My eye doctor in Forest Hill today. Nia was super friendly and helpful, and she helped me make decisions regarding my frames. I did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!

I have gone to this location for my annual visits the last 3 years and I always have a great experience. Everyone is so warm and easy to talk to. I saw Dr. Haidi Fouda for the first time yesterday and she was great. She might be my new favorite! She was personable and patient. I've had a hard time finding that "sweet spot" of a prescription. At my appointment I still wasn't seeing a "crisp" picture even as she adjusted the lenses. I mentioned to her that the haziness is something I just can't seem to get rid of, even in years past. I just kind of deal with it. I said, "maybe I'm being too picky" and she said "no, you're supposed to be comfortable with your vision" and that meant a lot to me. Aside from a prescription update, she recommended eye drops to tackle my dry eyes which apparently can contribute to the haziness I can't seem to get rid of. It stood out to me that she put genuine effort into utilizing all resources to create a "game plan" to provide me comfort, not just new prescription lenses alone like I've always left with in the past. Yarely was a big help afterwards. I am super indecisive, especially when it comes to frames, but she was patient and honest when I asked for her opinion. She had no problem pricing out different bundles so I could decide on the option that worked best for my budget. She was informative and personable, and made the check out process a breeze. There is another girl who works there who I see at every appointment. I believe her name is Katie but I could be wrong. She is usually who walks me back and does all the pre-appointment work before the doctor comes in. She is also always kind and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and the staff!

Wow this is my first time coming to this location and it will be my last. I waited 45 minutes for my 4 PM appointment when the person who came in a few minutes after me was called back about 30 minutes before I finally was for my TELEHEALTH VISIT mind you. After this I had to ask the tech to wipe down the equipment that had just been used by the customer walking out because nothing had been cleaned in between patients. I called the next day to go over my invoice and was put on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up the line and said "Cindy?" I said you have the wrong line my name is ____ for them to the put me on hold another 15 minutes before I hung up finally. Their Americas best customer service of 2024 sign on the front door is a joke. I'll be sticking to the abingdon location from now on... so disappointed in my local My Eye Dr.

Me and my family have been going to the Forest Hill location for the past 10 years. Keyla, the general manager has always been great and amazing when it comes to helping me and my family picking our glasses, as well as adjusting them. I am very pleased with the team's service, especially Keyla, as she always helps out whenever there is a problem.

FANTASTIC!! I jump between MyEyeDr doctors normally just based on what works for my schedule, but the new doctor in the Forest Hill location Dr. Haidi is amazing!! Easy to talk to and had some great/new recommendations that no one has ever give me before :) (migraine suffer-er over here for years....) I had help with ordering new lenses and great chat with staff, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming!!

Terrible customer service. The staff at the front desk has zero clue what they are doing. They give you wrong info about everything from scheduling to pricing to rebates. I called for a follow up (originally went to bel air office but doc was on vacation so I was advised to go to forest hill )for a new trial pair of lenses and was told I could not be seen and had to go back to bel air. After some research on the staff's part, they allowed me to schedule as you can go to any Myeyedr. My husband ordered contacts for one price, but I was quoted a much higher price. Same insurance, same contacts, quoted a week apart. I was told there was no rebate when he was offered one. I was told he got a special discount, but they didn't know what it was. I ordered elsewhere to have the manager tell me later that she could have given me the price my husband received. Untrained staff and no accountability.

I've been going to this location for many years and the staff have always been kind and helpful with helping me choose frames for my glasses! Whenever I come in for my annual exam it's always been a smooth and positive experience for me. I live closer to other locations but I still prefer to come to this one!

I was very impressed when I stepped in the front door with everyone love the doctor loved her bedside manner and all the services. A great group of girls.
