I went to this location last Friday and was very pleased with the service I received. The woman in the front greeted me with kindness despite me being unprepared for my appointment. The doctor who worked with me was sweet and friendly as well, she went into depth on what each exam meant and constantly checked on me to reassure I was okay. They go the extra mile at this location to make sure you're pleased. I will be coming back.

The doctor Miss Ashley she was wonderful she listened to me she explained what was going on with my eyes and I understood everything. the best part was I didn't have an appointment but you would think I did because I was taken it was in and out I didn't have any problems. They were absolutely wonderful the customer service was excellent

Excellent customer service and individualized care. The front desk staff was topnotch..very pleasant and professional; while, Dr. Ashley was very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment and recommendations! I felt respected and appreciated as a customer...patient. Great selection of frames...so much so, that I found it difficult to make my final election(s) ...thanks ladies for helping me choose. I highly recommend this location of the Visionworks network.

The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I really like the Doctor, she explained everything she was doing throughout the exam. I especially like the equipment that allowed the doctor to view behind my eyes. I believe the price was well worth it. The glasses I purchased were kind of pricey, but I like the variety.

It has been nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone working in this office! I have called myself on multiple occasions and had customer service try and reach out and they can't even get through to anyone. I placed an order for a pair of prescription frames on January 22nd and wanted to pick them up at a location closer to me. My order promise date was February 3rd which has almost been three weeks ago and the order date being more than a month ago. This has been extremely frustrating because not only can't I get in contact with anyone from your store, I have been provided with no tracking information nor any order updates. My order only simply says shipped and that's all, the location I listed to pick them up at has received nothing and customer service has supposedly sent your store multiple messages concerning the issue. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can provide me an email or phone number where someone will actually pick up to rectify this problem, please and thank you.

I love Visionworks, however the website says closed on Sundays yet we got a message to pick up our order and the time on the door says open at 11am on SUNDAY. Please update your store times if you're not going to be open. Please see picture below.

I went in to get a replacement prescription for my glasses on Thursday, October 30th. It was crowded at 12:45 pm so I asked if I should come back. The young lady said you can wait or come back. So I came back at 5 and it was even more crowded. The same young lady greeted me and said she will be with me shortly. Every customer that proceeded to come in, she greeted and said the same thing. I was getting a little antsy after a while and asked how much longer. She kindly told me I had 2 people ahead of me. Instead of leaving, I realized, she greeted every single person with kindness when they entered and efficiently helped every single person. I realized, she was there by herself and to just be patient and give her grace. When it was my turn, she apologized and thanked me for waiting. I realized everyone called out except her and the doctor. We handled my issue and I asked her name. I believe it was Aracely and I promised to give an excellent review. I don't know if the company reads all reviews but she deserves her flowers today because many others wouldn't have been as graceful as she was. I probably would have shut the doors because it was so many in there including a family of 5.

Had a 4:30 appointment today. Arrived 15 min early just incase I need to complete additional paperwork work. At 4:33 I was told I was next. I watch three people come in after me and got seen before me. Mind you these two came after 4:30. They got called before me for the pre screening. I went to ask why and got the distrust look as i interrupt their conversation. They proceeded to say they appointments was scheduled before mine at 4:15. But they came in at 4:50 and got called right to the back. They are inconsiderate of peoples time and was quick to take me out the system when I ask to cancel my appointment. Didn't asked if I like to reschedule but talked amongst each other and then the lady comes out to see what's going on and was told don't worry about because I canceled. Next time assure people are being seen in the order they came in not just by appointments. If I'm ready at 4:30 I should be seen before someone coming in after me at 4:50 even if they appointment was at 4:15!
