Avoid this place is possible! 1) I had an emergency appointment at 3pm. They asked me to come in at 2:45 to fill out paperwork. I was seen by the doctor at 3:45. 2) Front desk lady was unorganized. Told me to come to her after the kiosk to pay and left me standing for a while waiting for her. Then asked me if I filled out the new patient form (which she had not given me). 3) The doctor, Marjorie Warden, was absolute trash. She called her assistant over to laugh at the notes because she saw I had eyelash extensions and "you know how I feel about that"... p.s. wasn't the reason for the visit, fyi. Had nothing to do with the issue.

I had an "eye emergency" and this place got me in same day. They were so nice and scheduled me for follow up at the office nearer to my home that was ALSO AWSOME. Dr Pillari was so kind.

I was informed that they can only give the prescription for my eyeglasses, and that I would have to create a separate appointment and come back in at a later time for my contacts, every other place I've been to offers prescriptions for both simultaneously. They initially refused to provide a refill for my preexisting contact lenses until I had to escalate the issue.

Everyone was really nice and great except the woman with red hair working at the front desk. Very obviously was annoyed (sighing and rolling her eyes at me) and had an attitude from the second I walked in. Very disappointing and she should learn from her coworkers!

This is a long overdue review and I have been putting it off for some time. My family and I have been visiting Dr. Dhannawat (Dr. D) for the past 3 years across the three offices. I am not sure how Google reviews works so posting it for all three offices. We had a very pleasant experience every time. The staff is very professional. First visit was a routine check-up (5 of us in the family - 2 kids and parents). The technician was very thorough and patient with us. My parents' eyesight is poor and they spent ample time to make sure everything was okay. Then Dr. D checked all of us together so that I could be present in the room during my parents and kids eye-check up. The entire visit took 2.5hr-3hrs which is amazing (I was expecting to be there longer with so many of us). During my recent visit, I brought up the issue of dry eyes. It's problematic for me as I work in front of a computer screen 24x7. And I use a lot of over-the-counter drops and prescription dry eye drops as well. She recommended IPL laser treatment and I hesitated but eventually decided to take the treatment. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. It is almost gone. A big thank you!!! I have utmost faith and trust in Dr. Dhannawat and would highly recommend her

Warning: Physicians Eye Care Center charges $75 for a simple pupillary distance measurement and refuses to provide it unless you pay. If this is how they handle something so basic, I can only imagine the hassle of dealing with a warranty claim or other service issue. To make matters worse, the front desk staff openly expressed frustration with the optical center team, who then took it out on me. A thoroughly disappointing and unprofessional experience.

My visit was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time visiting this location. The office was very clean and the environment was great. Courtney was awesome. She was very professional, knowledgeable, while at the same time very patient. Dr. Etter, of course, is simply the best! He never rushes you through an appointment. He explains, listens and addresses all your concerns.

I'm a long time patient and have generally been very happy with my care here. Recently, the customer service aspect has significantly declined. It is so frustrating to schedule appointments because either no one answers the phone, you're put on hold for more than 10-15 minutes, or you leave a message that no one returns. I've always been able to pick up prescriptions with relative ease. Not anymore. Patients have to wait unacceptable lengths of time in the waiting room just to get their prescription or contact lenses. This is inconvenient for patients and just shows a complete lack of care or respect for their patients and their time. Such poor customer service that I will likely switch practices because enough is enough.
