I needed the form filled out for MVA to get my license renewed. When I went in and asked if they send the form in for me, her answer was no. She said just bring it in and drop it off and we'll call you within 48 hours after he fills it out. I brought it in Friday and today almost one week later nobody called so I called them and it was there for me to pick up. Horrible customer service. Two of my friends doctors downloaded the form, sent it in straight to MVA as an added service to their patient. Not here Back in August I waited three hours for my appointment because they said they had an emergency that morning. As a matter of fact, I asked if I could leave and they call me and let me know when the Doctor is available for since I live 2 minutes away. That left a bad taste in my mouth as well. I do understand emergencies, but I should've been given a courtesy call with the option to reschedule or come in later. That certainly didn't happen.

The doctor is great and really thorough but the front desk help and associates are unorganized and unprofessional. They had terrible communication when I had a simple confirmed appointment that I took off work for.

I came here on a whim needing emergency care, my vision was blurry and I had excruciating pain in both eyes. To make matters worse any type of light caused more pain and sensitivity. I called for an emergency appointment and they squeezed me in! I waited for 1.5-2 hours with no complaints because they were doing me a favor. Dr. Guevara finally called me back and I explained my symptoms, he was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Dr. G also answered all my questions. Going to him made me feel as if I was a part of his family and not just another patient! Long story short I ended up having a corneal abrasion near the center of my eye. Thank you so much to both the receptionist who booked me and the doctor! I've officially found my new families eye doctor!

Mary Ingram went above and beyond for me. This location is not my normal store. I ordered Contacts 12/27/2024 from the LP location. Ran out of contacts and was fighting to get my contacts delivered. LP location called CH location to see if I could get a trial set of my contacts to hold me over until mine came in. I was able to pick up a trial set in April of 2025. Mary looked up all my information and determine the issue with getting my contacts delivered. Called the LP location to educate them on the process as a courtesy. LP location did not handle the issue and I called Mary again. She addressed the issue within 10-15 minutes over the phone with their distributor and had my contacts shipped and they were delivered within 3 days.

The doctor was great but the prescription frames were horrible. They were loose and didn't fit my face. I had to call multiple times to get my refund. They didn't even coordinate with my insurance to post the refund

Worth the drive! Thorough exam and helpful staff that took the time to help me find frames that were a good fit for my face and style. I feel like I got the most for my money with insurance and discounts and everything.

Dr was great; friendly and thorough. I ordered my glasses, they came in but weren't correct so we did a second exam and reordered. Upon pickup, I asked for what my vision is and they told me 20/20 with your corrected lenses (I certainly hope so). I asked for my vision without the corrected lenses and they said they can't find it. I find that unacceptable, this is info they should have in my records. I asked again so they dug a little more and rudely (lady with long brown hair-name unknown) said they think it's 20/30. I said how can that be if I have corrective lenses for both eyes? They didn't have an answer so I've requested the Dr call me so I can receive the correct information from the exam I paid for. I haven't received a call back. It's so disappointing!

I will be going to this location from now on. I have taken my child to 2 eye doctors in the last 14 days and several others over the years that we have lived here. The difference between the staff at this facility and the other places were night and day. The staff and doctor were awesome. It was a great experience. I was so used to how we were treated at the other places, I just thought that was the standard. These folks will get our business from now on.
