Phillips Family Vision

I recently went to Phillips Family Vision in Middletown, MD for my first appointment and honestly it was one of the best eye doctor visits I've ever had. The front desk person greeted me right away with such a friendly genuine welcome. No rushed or robotic energy at all, just felt warm and easy from the second I walked in. Then I met Dr. Tony Phillips and she instantly made me feel comfortable. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. There was zero pressure to buy glasses contacts or anything extra. It was just honest care centered on what I actually needed. Even though it was my first time there she jumped straight in and explained what might be causing my issues. She showed me specific things on the retinal scans pointed out exactly what she was looking at and made sure I really understood everything. It felt thorough and really reassuring. After just one visit I can say she's an excellent doctor and as a person she seems genuinely cool. Like someone you'd enjoy grabbing a beer with. Super approachable knowledgeable and real.

I can honestly say that Dr.Phillips is the best ophthalmologist I have ever had. She provides in--depth, accurate examinations, and explains every step with clarity. She is completely focused on her patients' best interest, and actively includes them in conversations about the best choices for their eye care. As a plus, she always has a smile on her face! Her staff is also extremely professional, helpful and kind. Together, they give actual meaning to the term family vision! I wholeheartedly recommend her practice!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Phillips, she is dedicated to her patients, extremely knowledgeable and always welcoming and kind. She is the BEST! Her team is helpful in picking the best lens for you as well. Truly an amazing experience.

Can't say enough good things !! This was my first adult eye exam and I didn't know what to except. Dr. Phillips and her staff were so welcoming and great at explaining everything. I felt so comfortable!! When time came to pick out frames they helped me with the best shape and color that complimented my face and gave an honest opinion. Switching our whole family over!

Dr. Tony Phillips is one of the most dedicated and detail-focused eye doctors Ive had the pleasure of knowing! She takes her time with patients, performing incredibly thorough eye exams, and making sure people truly understand their results and eye health. The entire staff at Phillips Family Vision is incredibly caring and professional, and it shows in the way they treat and care for their patients. Anyone looking for thoughtful, attentive eye care would be lucky to land in her chair.

I have been wearing glasses for many years and been through many exams. Dr. Phillips is friendly, gentle, and very thorough in her manner and examination. I am happy to have found her and highly recommend you "see" her for any vision issues and checkups!! 5 stars!!

If I could give a million stars rating, I would. The most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had was with Dr. Phillips! I have been wearing glasses since elementary school - just WOW! I appreciate the questions, the helpful suggestions - no words to describe being "heard".. Thank you!
