I called asking if they take carefirst through medicaid and was told yes came in waiting for almost an hour even though I asked if they needed my insurance card just to be told they dont accept my insurance RIGHT BEFORE THEY CLOSE then its tons og glasses on the counter in crates very weird set up reminds me of a clinic environment instead of provider to patient care Levin dental is awesome id recommend them very professional and CLEAN

I visited on a Saturday morning. We had 11:40 appointment and we were called back right at 11:40. Everyone was pleasant and had smiles all around. All in all it was a good experience. The interior was dated and showed signs of wear, but we didn't come for the decor so we left happy. I would recommend this location... but don't show up with food or drink, those are not allowed

This is a great place to go for an eye exam, and glasses. The optometrist is highly skilled and very thorough.I found out he worked at John Hopkins for many years, and was highly respected. The service is excellent, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. And you can't beat the prices, the exam is just $50, you can walk out with glasses for around $60. Frames and lenses!

I spent $900 on 3 pairs of glasses. I tried to wear them for a couple of months but they just weren't right. The woman who waited on me was wonderful. Sandy walked over and asked what the problem was. I told her. Her response was abrupt and rude. Will never go back there again or recommend.

I drive over an hour 1/2 to come here as I've been doing for over 15 years and I will continue to do so. Lots of frames to choose from and there is more than 1 person (love Keith) that can look at your face shape and help you find glasses that fit you. They've serviced my entire family of 5.
Note: you will have to wait atleast 2 weeks to get your frames but most times mine have been ready before then.

Everyone was nice except Sandy. For some reason she's the only one with a contract to be able to sell "designer" frames and the rest of the black staff was not able to. They have endless trays of frames on all of the counters. The frames on the wall are the same 20 ish pairs you will find in various colors around the store. Long wait. Not worth it.

If you can't wait 3.5 weeks for glasses, don't go here! I had an exam on 1/5 I still don't have my glasses! 25 days!!! No excuses. You have to pay before they will complete your order. I'm not happy. I paid for 3 pairs! Please no public apologies just need my glasses. Thank you.
