She took the time to explain each step in a way that put my daughter at ease, and it was clear that her focus was on making sure my daughter felt comfortable and cared for. What really stood out was the way Dr. Boss listened attentively, answered questions thoroughly, and treated my daughter with respect and warmth.

Went to my yearly exam and contact lens renewal today just to be asked "Are you aware we don't do contacts anymore?"
I'm on my last set of contacts from my prescription from 9/24 that are supposed to be thrown away tomorrow! I asked if they could extend my prescription a month so I could order an emergency box until I find another doctor and was told no because my last prescription is out of date. I'm obviously not getting an appointment at another eye doctor soon.
Completely unprofessional to not send a notice when my appointment was set up a year in advance.

I cannot express my level of satisfaction. My vision is crystal clear. After years of needing glasses, I no longer need them at all. I cannot say enough about Chesapeake Eye Center, particularly Tracey Boss, O.D.
The office is efficient, courteous and most professional. Of all the practices at which I've been a patient (50 years worth). Dr. Boss and company are, hands down, the absolute best. All procedures, results and recommendations are clearly explained and I have always left confident that my care could not be more comprehensive and correct. This is true not only for me, a 'senior citizen' but for that of my son, a 20 year old college student. Thank you!

Doctor Boss diagnosed a double vision strabismus issue that was borderline debilitating for me. The normal treatment is prisms to correct the double vision, if possible. I was unable to use the prisms with my condition. She then referred me to a specialist at Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. They were able to perform a surgical procedure that essentially eliminated the double vision and restored my vision to near perfect. With Doctor Boss' diagnoses and referral, this has been nothing short of a miracle in restoring my sight. Thank you greatly, Doctor Boss!
