Ms. Nikeiya is so professional and kind! I appreciate from the moment I booked I received many text and email reminders about my upcomingin person Virtual appointment. The process was thorough and I liked how it was very streamlined and the same as when I would go in person and meet with an in person optometrist. The techs used all the machines that are used during appointments. The virtual part was when the optometrist doctor virtually manually changed the lenses to fit me for the perfect prescriptions. Ms. Nikeiya assisted me with glasses fitting and was very patient. Every technician there was knowledgeable on the equipment and provided great customer service. I am so grateful for the excellent experience.

I'm writing this review to recognize the superb professionalism exhibited by Cora. I ordered a set of contacts last month and was surprised when I saw the final price tag on my credit card statement. The person that took my order over the phone was not clear when conveying that information, nor did I receive a confirmation email to give me further clarification. When I called a few days later, I spoke with Cora and she disarmed my frustration with her patience and sincerity. She informed me that I needed to come to the store once the contacts were delivered and a refund would be processed for the boxes I didnt need. Fast forward a few weeks later, I went to the store and, to my delight, Cora was at the front desk. She remembered me from our conversation. She demonstrated the same characteristics as she did over the phone, and stood by her word on the return policy. The transaction was friendly and efficient. I am very appreciative of Cora's willingness to help. She deserves great praise! If it weren't for her help, I'd give this location three stars for the initial transaction.

Had a pleasant experience with Cora today. Explains my recommendations very well and overall basics of my prescription. Thank you for your service today. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I wish the frames that were displayed in cases were not in cases. Having to constantly ask for employees to open them is bothersome. Other than that my overall experience went well.

Account Manager Cora was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the schematics of each frame and help me pick the best pairs for the best prices. I'm truly thankful for her patience with me. The staff along with the doctor were tremendously helpful. I have a very sensitive pair of eyes that waters constantly to bright lights and air. The eye exam went smoothly despite all my own problems, and I had no trouble at all. I definitely recommend coming here for first time customers or anyone that just needs somewhere that's comfortable to pick out a new pair of glasses. Thank you Takoma Park team!

First time at America's Best and happy to say I had a great experience! I worked with Cora who is so friendly, caring and talked me through the process of what insurance covered and my savings which is always great to hear! The doctor and all staff members were very nice and attentive as well. I'll definitely be a regular for my yearly exams :)
