I am very pleased with Dr. Allgaier. he is, Knowledgeable, skilled, caring and took time to explain everything. The front desk staff Brenda, Diana & Megan are terrific. Scotty is the best Optician/Tech assistant who went above and beyond in providing some additional insurance options and insight. This is a "Top Shelf" Eye Care Provider.

As always, the tech was very thorough and friendly. Dr Smith took her time to explain and insured I understood everything. Front desk folks were polite and helpful in scheduling the next appointment.

I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone from who greets you at the door, to those who fit your glasses and examine you is exceptional! Ernie was wicked helpful. He repaired my glasses that had been damaged at a previous appointment. He also replaced my nose pads and adjusted my frames to stay on my face. I was bringing in the pair I'd been unable to wear, from day one, due to a mistake in marking the pupil location and unable to see through. And they are remaking the lenses. I was surprised to be billed for that since it was less than 9 months. The staff, again, is exceptional!

I had a great experience at Walkersville Eye Care today. Everyone was friendly and polite. Dr. Allgaier explained every step during the exam. There was a great selection of frames, and I found the one I wanted. A+!
