Everyone here has been SO nice and helpful. I wanted to find somwhere where I could get my toddler son's new glasses and not have to order frames online. They have a great selection of kid and toddler frames (they carry Nano Vista frames for toddlers which is a great brand). My son picked out his own glasses and they just so happen to glow in the dark, which he loves! Reagan helped us when we first came in and she got right down on the floor with my son to take his eye measurements and everything; she was so good with him and made him feel so comfortable . We just got his new glasses and they are great so far. We're so happy with our experience and I highly recommend Belchertown Eye Care!

The appointment was for my dad who is 80 yrs old and I will say that I was very satisfied with the customer service. From the front desk to seeing the doctor. Everyone was super friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. Answered every question and showed how much they care about their patients. All the information given to us was very clear, which made it easy for my dad to follow. The Appointment was quick and the entire place very clean. Dr Forman spoke a little Spanish which helped my dad feel comfortable and understood. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing eye care.
