Since 2020, I have been diagnosed with hearing, balance problems, eye, and autoimmune issues. All the diagnosis's were on target and more tests, PT and medications prescribed. None made a marked difference. I made an appointment with Dr Ernst and within one hour, after many non-invasive tests, she found something that, hopefully, will help me by putting prisms in the corrective lenses. Wish I could give her 100 stars. The facility is very nice, the staff helpful and pleasant. I was not pressured into buying frames. I was shown that my insurance coverage would pay for the lenses, only if I bought new frames, (as in less of a chance of breaking new ones) or keeping my frames and having the lenses made in house. I'm guessing that the reviewer who was not pleased with that conversation misunderstood that it was a comparison of cost, something which I, and probably most, need spelled out. And, yes, I had Covid and vaccines.

The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Ernst is the first eye doctor I've seen in my long adult life who took the time to explain my variance in visual acuity simply and logically and gave me great advice on how to deal with it. I'd highly recommend Puzio Eyecare.

Until my last appointment, I was satisfied with the treatment I received. I had decided to buy my glasses online because the pair of glasses I picked out there would have cost me about $1000, including progressive lenses. Online, they cost under $100. I was asked if I was going to buy online again and I said probably. I said that I could buy 10 pair online for what they cost there. He said I was wrong and that I could get a pair for $250. Progressive lenses cost way more than that and when I tried to explain, he walked out of the room. I guess you have to buy their overpriced glasses to be treated nicely.
