Longwood EYE & LASIK

Longview was recommended to me from Dr. Baron Who is highly recommended and right down the street. I called and was able to get an appointment within a week. When I arrived The front staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. However they do not take Vision plans so they billed through my primary insurance, which Was fine. My wait time was a little longer than expected that day. However, Dr. Glavin was very friendly, very welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. Took her time and went over all of my concerns, issues and Questions. She was very explanatory and informative with each step, I would say her services and bedside manner were worth the wait time. I scheduled a follow up and will see them again !

Dr Kristin Glavin was kind professional and very helpful. I like her very much and the front desk staff Marge and Brittany were also excellent very helpful and considerate. I'm already recommended Longwood eye and LASIK to my sister and brother-in-law as they're opthamologists.

I don't know that I've wrote a bad review of a business before. I was so excited for my appointment. My 2.5 year old has been tackling and wrestling. My glasses are scuffed, scratched, and damaged. My insurance changed and all other places had long waits. When I made my appointment they asked if I wore contacts and I said yes. They never asked me to bring my prescription or to make a "contact fitting." When I got there they said they couldn't help me with that until a later week as the previous person I talked to never mentioned these things. I asked if I could call my old eye doctor and get my prescription. They said no. I lined up childcare for this appointment specifically so I could get contacts. In my lifetime I've been to two eye doctors and have only ever had a one eye doctor teach me to put in eye contacts when I was a teenager. They then said they'd have to special order contact fittings. My old eye doctors (at two different places) did an exam, then I purchased my contacts and left. I've never felt more defeated. Completely wasted my time. The receptionist for my appointment was kind and it wasn't her fault. Whatever policies they have in place completely wasted my time and my child care time.

I'm sooooo happy I found Dr Fay. He literally changed my life. I had eye surgery elsewhere that didn't go well. I was miserable for months and my first visit with Dr Fay changed everything for me. I got better immediately and the entire staff was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Longwood Eye & Lasik 100%.

Everyone in the office was very nice! They explained what they were doing through the whole process. Dr. Faye was knowledgeable and helpful. I totally recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Honestly I had a really great appointment. Everyone was super kind and friendly and listened to my concerns and the doctor and staff were very thorough and informative when it came to answering any questions I had! <3

Loved the Dr and staff. They helped my daughter feel welcome with their kindness. Only did not give a 5 star because they don't have an optometrist on site and we had to go somewhere else to get her glasses.

I had my appointment yesterday and showed up on time, I had less than a minute wait. The front desk staff extremely friendly, the doctor super nice and took her time. I didn't feel rushed nor did anyone make me feel nervous, as I can read into doctor appointments too much. I would definitely recommend Longwood Eye & Lasik.
