MyEyeDr. in Topsfield is the office I will always go to for my glasses. I went with my prescription on July 29, 2025, to buy new glasses. I had the opportunity to work with Optician Katryn. She listened, was efficient with finding my insurance and file, and was helpful but not pushy when I was looking for just the right frames. I need objective opinions to choose frames. The manager, Katrin, was also there and in a friendly way helped me as well. I am so happy with my glasses, and they even came in sooner than expected. Again, Katryn was there to be sure they fit correctly, and I was totally happy. The office is easy to get to, clean and friendly, and the staff is professional, respectful, and helpful.
