Precision Vision

Today was my second time going to precision vision in Townsend. Both experiences have been so wonderful. The woman who is typically at the desk is incredibly kind and patient with every client that comes in. Over a year ago the gentleman who did my eye exam was so knowledgeable. And today , the gentleman (who I believe is the owner of the business) was just as wonderful. I needed new glasses and the first pair he picked for me was perfect. Tried on a bunch to see what I liked but he just knew what would work! Anyone who has an appointment at this location is sure to have a pleasant experience! They know their stuff.

I recently visited Precision Vision to replace lost glasses, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Ed was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. They had a great selection of frames, catering to all styles and needs, and Ed was exceptionally invaluable in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. My new frame and temporary lenses were ready in 45 minutes. My transition lenses had to be sent out and arrived a week later, as promised. All in all, great experience. Will be returning.

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND**** Ed and staff are absolutely phenomenal. I was on vacation with family a good 3 hours from home when my glasses broke. ( I'm extremely blind without my glasses or contacts which I had neither of) My sister recommended precision vision to me as they had helped her out of an emergency situation before as well. I called them in the morning and had an appointment that day and they were able to get me set up with an eye exam and a new glasses with in 24 hours. Not only were they able to help save my vacation but the prices were extremely reasonable and didn't break my bank. Pretty much every eye doctor I've ever been to you are Waiting a minimum 7-10 days for your glasses and are spending an exuberant amount on decent frames. I was able to pick some beautiful frames and they are very high quality. ( unlike the cheap online stores that you can order that still take no less than 7-10 days and the quality of the frames is noticeably less durable and never actually fit quite right) Thank you so much Ed and staff!

I stopped by here on a whim looking for some help to fix my broken glasses where D'ambrosio's nor Lens Crafters had no suggestions or offers. This very nice lady and gentlemen working were not only gracious and kind, but actually helped me! The glasses that I have to wear everyday are now fixed and comfortable while having to wait 2 weeks for a new pair. All that was asked in return was a donation to an animal hospital. Didn't even have to ask!

This establishment is extremely unprofessional. I arrived 10 min late on a fill in appointment with the eye doctor and they told me i would have to reschedule, and no one was waiting behind me. Since most of the time I end up waiting, I saw this as very extreme for a 4 yr client to cancel the appointment. Their eye selection is limited, and they do not have the proper fitting machine for people with progressive lens. I just found out this recently when I went to another, in the area, eye glass store. I did find another excellent eye store and doctor, I am very glad i found them. This is Not the place.

Just went for my bi-annual eye exam. Their tech is all state of the art. All new equipment! The owner was there and very friendly. Loaned me a pair of glasses to use because mine had broken. His employee was very gracious and helpful with finding a new pair of glasses to fit my face.

I went to Precision Vision for an eyeglass and contact exam, and then to purchase both, after having my insurance switched and not being eligible for the lowest prices at my previous doctor. I was nervous to switch because I loved my old place, but Dr. Prucnal was awesome and took lots of time explaining how my vision has changed and why and also to educate me about how my toddler's eyes are developing and what I could do to make sure she has the best vision possible. The frame selection for glasses was also awesome - they have great designer frames (more so than at the box stores everywhere) at reasonable prices. Glasses are always very expensive, but most places mark them up for three times the price and then give you a "discount." Go to Precision Vision for a knowledgeable doctor, personal service (you will likely be the only person there are a time) and great selection of glasses frames.

Great customer service. Was able to work with the owner and explain my needs/wants. He was able to help me pick out a per of prescription sunglasses and went the extra step of sending them out to get the color lenses I really wanted. Would definitely go back there.
