Dr Branch and the staff were super professional and accomodating. They were able to get us in a month earlier when a cancellation came up. Dr Branch recommended some new contact lenses that my son loves, but I did appreciate that she asked questions to ensure she was being respectful of price point, etc. This is the only place the entire family comes for their eye exams. Customer service is exemplary!

Service was excellent. I worked with PAM who helped me on the different options available for my glasses as well as describing them. I did not know there were several options on the transition lenses. She was also very patient working with me as I had to have my glasses shipped to me and then I changed it to a UPS pickup point. She explained the delivery process as well as saying I would also receive tracking information. I took advantage of buy 1 get another 40% off and she explained my options available to me based on my insurance. I also bought some safety glasses for work in which she also gave me a discount and charged it separately so that I may get reimbursed by my company. PAM was very professional, energetic and willing to assist A+.
